In December 2018, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) published a set of Case Studies on Leaving No One Behind, as a companion volume to the OECD’s Development Co-operation Report 2018. The case studies provide insights on diverse actions, investments and approaches towards realising the pledge of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development to leave no one behind. They are intended as a source of information about targeted approaches to ensuring poor, vulnerable and marginalised people are included in and benefit from sustainable development.

The Individual Deprivation Measure is featured as one of the case studies, in a section on ‘The enabling role of international co-operation: policies, partnerships and data’. An excerpt can be downloaded below, together with overview information about the Case Studies volume as a whole.
